As part of Limitless's growth strategy, the company is actively engaging with potential Limited Partners (LPs) and development partners to scale its BESS portfolio. Graham Smith (Strategic Advisor) is leading the process. As of February 2026, Limitless has received its first formal partnership offer and is in active negotiations.

Trina Solar has emerged as a lead candidate for a strategic partnership, expressing strong interest in the Limitless DevCo platform model and NYC market positioning.

Current Status
As of February 2026, both parties are actively working toward finalizing the partnership. The target is a signed Definitive Services Agreement (DSA) and a Notice to Proceed (NTP) program.
