Engine 3: Execution Engine
Purpose
Ensure all Limitless projects are buildable, bankable, and code-compliant by engaging the best-in-class consultants and engineers for each stage of the development process.
Strategy
Limitless remains nimble and is not vertically integrated with any single EPC or execution team. Instead, the company leverages a network of trusted, specialized partners for engineering, procurement, and construction, managed by the internal team.
Management Structure
The COO (Fei Gao), in coordination with the in-house Master Electrician (Igor Bron), manages the entire process from site control to Notice-to-Proceed (NTP):
- A dedicated Project Manager is assigned to each project
- All external engineering and consulting teams are coordinated internally
- The process follows a strict stage-gate methodology
Key Advantage
By maintaining flexibility in EPC partnerships rather than vertical integration, Limitless can:
- Select the best-fit team for each specific project
- Avoid conflicts of interest inherent in vertically integrated models
- Scale without the overhead of maintaining a full construction workforce
